Over a quarter of Tanzania contains the continent s largest game reserves, control areas and national parks. To the north are the endless plains of the Serengeti, home to over three million animals. Further east lies the Eighth Wonder of the World, a caldera of unsurpassed beauty, the Ngorongoro Crater. In the south is the largest and most remote wildlife sanctuary, the Selous Game Reserve. A nation of craters and mountains, both extinct and active, but above all, the country of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Rising out of the dusty bush of the northern Maasai Steppe, it is the highest mountain in Africa peaking at 5,895m.

Day 1:
A representative from Gorilla Safaris Africa meets you on arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and transfers you to Karatu for dinner and overnight. Kifaru Safari Lodge.

East Africa trip
Day 2:
After breakfast drive to Serengeti arriving en route a game drive in the endless plains looking out for Lions, Cheetahs, Wildebeest and other wildlife. Have a picnic lunch and, take a game drive en route via Olduvai Gorge home of the NUT CRACKER MAN before proceeding to have dinner and overnight at Seronera Wildlife Lodge.

Day 3:
After breakfast start a game drive of Serengeti. Depart with a picnic lunch box to the edge of the Craters arriving in the evening at Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge.

Day 4:
After breakfast descent into the Crater with a picnic lunch box for a game drive, thereafter drive to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel.

Day 5:
After breakfast head out for a Lake Manyara Park tour. Have and thereafter drive to Arusha to catch your onward flight.
