This trip takes you to most of the parks where you can find primates like Kibale, Queen Elizabeth and then to Bwindi famous for mountain gorillas.

Day 1.To Kibale National park/Fort portal.

On the first day, our guide will be there at your hotel to pick you up in the morning. He will brief you about the trip and then drive to transfer to Kibale national park which is in Fort portal and you will drive along the Mitiyana- Mubende- Fort portal. The drive is made enjoyable by the beautiful scenery of the beautiful Rwenzori mountain ranges, plantations. Kibale national park is known for its greatest number of chimpanzees which are man’s closest cousin in the whole country therefore has chimpanzee trekking as the major activity done in the park. You will have a lunch break along the way but your dinner will be at either.

Day 2; chimp trekking and afternoon Bigodi swamp walk

Break fast will be served very early and then have your guide take you for the morning session of Chimpanzee trekking which starts at 8 in the morning from Kanyankyu. During the trekking, you will have an opportunity to see other types of primates like the most grey-cheeked mangabey and red-tailed monkey, along side the chimpanzees. Besides the primates, there will be plenty of birds and you will hear them sing in the forest although it may be hard to see some of them as they hide up high in the tree branches. Later, you will return to the lodge to have your lunch. After your lunch, you will go for a guided nature walk in Bigodi Swamp, the one place you can find lots of bird species which makes it a great place for the birders to visit. Dinner will be served back at your lodge when you return

Day 3. Drive to Queen Elizabeth National park

On this day, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth national park. You will have lunch once you get there and you will have some time to relax a little as you wait for the evening game drive which will be later in the afternoon. During the game drive, you will have the chance to see various wildlife like the lions, antelopes, Zebras, various bird and trees species before you can retire from the days’ activities. Your dinner and over night will be at the lodge of your choice.

Day4; Game drive and launch cruise

You will have your breakfast early enough and then go for a game drive along Kasenyi where there is a better chance of seeing the lions as they wait for their prey. During the drive, you will spot herds of Buffalo, Elephant, Warthog and water bucks, bush bucks Uganda kobs, among others. At mid morning, you will go back to the lodge, relax at the lodge as you wait for lunch. After lunch, a two-hour launch cruise along the Kazinga channel and here you will have the chance to encounter a large population of hippos in the water, crocodiles and various bird species like over 550 species in that park. Your dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and drive to Bwindi.

You will have breakfast in the morning and after that, the guide will take you for briefing before to start trekking Chimpanzees. You will also see other primates like the monkeys in the jungle, different bird species, tree species, butter flies, among other attractions. The trekking may take some long hours but all the same, you will be through by afternoon. You will then head out of the forest, go have lunch and after lunch, you will start on your journey to Bwindi national park. Your dinner at and overnight will be at the lodge of your choice in Bwindi;

DAY 6- Gorilla tracking

After breakfast, your driver will take you for briefing and registration at the park headquarters before 8 am; get a ranger who will guide you through the forest as you search for the gorillas because he is more likely to know where they will be since he knows where they were the previous day. You will need to carry your lunch because tracking takes hours between 1-10 so will have no time to return to the lodge for lunch and you will have one hour to spend with them, watch them play with each other, feed their young ones and care for each other so that you the best memories of your gorilla trip. After tracking, you will drive to Kabale. Dinner will be at;

DAY 7 L. BUNYONYI- KAMPALA

You will go for a canoe ride on Lake Bunyonyi after breakfast. You will see the different islands in the lake and see various bird species as well as that punishment island where young girls were dropped and left to starve to death as a punishment getting pregnant before they were married. Later on you will drive back to Kampala, proceed to the airport to catch your flight back home. This marks the end of your tour with AA safaris.
