Day 1; Murchison Falls National Park

The guide will come pick you up from your hotel in the morning after breakfast, he will brief you about the trip and start the journey to Murchison Falls national park passing via Masindi town. The park was named after the Murchison Falls along the Nile. On your way to the park, you may visit the Zziwa rhino sanctuary which was set up to reintroduce rhinoceros to Uganda following extinction in 1982 and it is about 70 square kilometer sanctuary and currently home to the only wild rhinos in Uganda. The long term goal is to build a sustainable rhino population and move rhinos back to their original habitat more so in Uganda’s protected areas. The park has lots of elephant, buffalo, giraffe and a variety of antelope which will be able to see during the game drives, you will Visit the top of the falls to see the Nile’s beauty perfected as you watch the Nile water falls. And then later your will retire for dinner and over night at;

Day 2; Game drive and Launch cruise

You will have your breakfast in the morning and then go for a game drive to search for the wildlife like the Giraffes, Lions, Elephants, baboons, and there are also different antelopes before you return to the lodge, relax at the lodge as you wait for lunch and after lunch, you will go for an afternoon boat ride on the Victoria Nile and the boat ride will take you upstream and stop at the base of the Murchison falls. During the ride however, you will see water animals like the Hippos, crocodiles, Water bucks, and a wide variety of bird species. Later on, you will return to the lodge to have your dinner and over night.

Day 3; Kibale National Park Uganda

Immediately after breakfast, you will drive to Kibale Forest national park from Murchison Falls national Park. You will go through the green country side of the Albertine Escarpment and passing through the village of Kagadi, Hoima and you will have a break for lunch. Your dinner and sleep will be at either

Day 4; Chimpanzee tracking and then to Queen Elizabeth

Immediately after breakfast, you will for briefing, get a ranger who will guide you through the jungle as you track chimpanzees. Kibale Forest is known for its highest population primates , the chimpanzees which are the closest to man in nature however but besides the chimpanzees you will meet lots of other primates like grey cheeked mangabeys, baboons and vervet monkeys. The tracking takes between 1-4 hours and you will be through by the afternoon. You will have your lunch and then you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth national park where you will visit the crater lakes region before you continue to your lodge for dinner which will be either

Day5; Game drive and launch cruise

You will have to go for a game drive along Kasenyi track as early as after having breakfast and there you will see the herds of Buffalo, Elephant, Warthog, Uganda kobs, topis, warthogs, bush bucks and Lion may be seen as well as. You will return to the lodge by mid morning, you will have time to relax a bit and then later have lunch. After your lunch, you will go for a two-hour launch cruise along the Kazinga channel giving you a perfect unique chance to encounter a very huge population of hippo and lots of bird species. The prolific bird life is colorful and astonishing with well over 550 resident species. Your dinner and over night will be at your lodge.

DAY 6; Transfer to Bwindi national park

Y our driver will drive you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and on your way; you will enjoy the beauty of the side of the country covered with various hills that vary in size, the beautiful scenery of terraced farmland and deep valleys. Your dinner and overnight will be at your lodge which will be either,

DAY 7; GORILLA TRACKING

After t your breakfast, you will go for a briefing at the Headquarters’ before 8 am and a ranger guide will brief you about Gorilla trekking. You will have to carry a packed lunch and water for this activity as it may take 1-10 hours before you meet the gorillas which means there will be no time to go back for your lunch. You will have have an hour to sit in the jungle with the gorillas before you can return to your lodge.

Day 8 Transfer to Kisoro

You will drive to kisoro after your breakfast. You will have a stop over at the Kanaba gap to view the Virunga volcanoes and terraced hills, visit Lake Mutanda and you may take a wake at its shores if you are interested. You will spend the night and have dinner at either.

Day 9; another Gorilla tracking adventure

Your guide will take for yet another briefing at the ranger station this side and then go for gorilla tracking with the guidance of your ranger. He will guide you to the gorillas as he will have an idea where that particular group you are looking for could because he will know where they were the previous day. Aside from having another gorilla tracking adventure, you can go for birding, caving. Hill walking, caldera climb or visit the pygmy (Batwa) before returning to the lodge.

Day 10 Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

You will drive to Lake Mburo national park immediately after that morning breakfast, you will travel to Lake Mburo national, a journey which will take you about 4 hours and you will be there in time for your lunch. After lunch, you will go for the afternoon game drive and this will give you an opportunity to view animals like the zebras, elephants, elands, impalas, buffaloes, antelopes, etc especially if you go to the salt lick region where most of the animals converge to lick the salty soil. Day 11; Transfer to Ssese Island

On this day, you will go to Bukakata landing site to catch a ferry heading to Ssesse Island and you will need to be there on time for the ferry that is heading to Bugala Island. You will stay and have dinner at either,

Day 12; At Ssese Island

You will be served with breakfast when you wake up and then go bird watching and morning forest walk on the island. You will look out for primates like monkeys, a prolific variety of water and forest birds like the Horn bill, Turaco, Flycatcher, weaver, Fish Eagle, and colorful butterflies. In the afternoon, you will go to Busaka on a motorized boat for bird watching by the water fall. Alternatively, you can stay at the lodge relaxing on the white sand beaches.

Day 13; Departure

After your breakfast, you will catch an early morning ferry back to the main land and you will have your lunch when you get to the main land. Later your guide will drive you to the airport to catch your flight.
