A boat Ride Safari is among the leading tourist activities you can enjoy during your safari in Uganda. These are conducted on the large water bodies in the country including Lake George, Lake Edward, Lake Victoria, Lake Kyoga, and River Nile among others. There are a number of islands you can visit on this lake including Punishment Island where pregnant girls were deserted and left to stave for death as a form of punishment of getting pregnant before marriage.

Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel
The Kazinga channel which is a natural water channel that connects Lake George and Edward, part of it is found within the renowned Queen Elizabeth National Park. So this can be an additional activity to the game drives in the park

Located within Murchison Falls National park in northern Uganda, these powerful falls are located on River Nile the longest River in the world.
