The chairman of CPI pleaded for UWA not violate the agreement between the neighboring villages and them about the protection of the animals and told them that the animals move to the gardens of the people and destroy their crops because there is no boundary separating the park from the community. He told the people to reserve the two Lakes Lake Mburo and Lake Nakivale locate in Kiruhura and Isingiro districts respectively. The manager of the park said UWA was pleased by the way the (CPI) handles the welfare of the village members and the park management.
