Lion in Masai Mara

Day 1: Arrival

A guide from our company will pick you up from the airport and drive you through the lush coffee and tea plantations to Mt Kenya region. You will get there at about lunch time and so you will have your lunch at a base hotel and her you will be spending the night as well. You can expect to have an extraordinary experience of all night with lots of unlimited game viewing. Your dinner and overnight will be at a tree lodge that is surrounded by a forest and it is overlooking an illuminated waterhole and salt lick, Mt. Kenya safari club,

Day 2: transfer to Nakuru

After taking your breakfast, you will then go Nakuru, there you will have your lunch upon your arrival. You will go for the afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, there is a rhino sanctuary and Lake Nakuru has always been considered as a flamingo lake, there lots of animals including the white rhinos, warthogs, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, among so many others. The contrast and apparent dislocation between the shallow soda lake with its birds and the animated woods all around it gives Lake Nakuru National Park a very unique look. Dinner and overnight at your lodge which will be either sarova lion hill lodge, Lake Nakuru lodge

Day 3: game drive and transfer to Masai Mara

You will have your break fast and then you will drive to Masai Mara game reserve. This reserve is one of the biggest reserves in the country and it’s a land of vast migrating herds, it is also very common for the famous for it annual wildebeest migration. You will be there by lunch time and then after lunch break, you will have your afternoon hours enjoying a game drive so that you can get a closer look at the Mara. In the evening, your will spend your night and have your dinner at your lodge. Either at Mara Simba lodge/ Mara plains camp/ Mara Serena safari lodge/ Sarova Mara game camp/ Mara intrepid tented camp/olaro camp/ Olera Mara Kempinski

Day 4: Go for nature walk and another game drive

You will wake up to the sound of the big game in the country like the lions, the elephants which are quiet many in the reserve. You can expect to see a lot of plains game together with their associated predators, the Buffalo, Black Rhino, Hippopotamus, Leopard, Cheetah, Common Zebra, Coke’s Hartebeest, White bearded Gnu, Oribi, Warthog, and Thompson’ and Grant’s Gazelles and so many others. In the evening, go for the evening game drive to see those that you missed. All meals and overnight stay at the lodge/tented camp.

Day 5: departure

After taking breakfast, you will start on your journey back Nairobi.
