Yes its possible that you can pay for your gorilla permit using a Credit Card, there are ATM Visa machines in Uganda.Take note that at Uganda Wildlife Authority, UWA, Credit Cards are not accepted.
Most companies in Uganda prefer money transfers since there is a big problem with using credit cards in Uganda. But some established companies have the mail order and accept the Credit Card.
